How is a return or warranty request reviewed?

Eligibility can vary by product, supplier or manufacturer coverage and the condition of the part. Confirm the applicable terms in writing before purchase.

Before installation

If the part appears damaged, its code does not match the order, or fitment is uncertain, contact us before installation, use or modification.

  • Keep photographs of the product, packaging and labels.
  • Include the order code and vehicle details with the request.
  • Installation work and external damage are reviewed separately.

Request review

The request is reviewed against the order record, product condition and applicable supplier or manufacturer terms. Before purchase, ask about a specific product at merhaba@kibrisparca.com.
