How does an order move from cart to approval?

Adding an item to the cart is not an automatic charge. Order and payment status are updated visibly after current price, stock and fitment are reviewed.

Order review

The customer submits the cart with vehicle and delivery details. The team rechecks the source price, current supplier stock and vehicle match.

  • The catalogue price is based on the source information available at review time.
  • Order status is visible in the account and on the private tracking link.
  • Any account discount is captured when the order is created.

Manual payment confirmation

In this version, payment follows a manual operations-confirmed flow rather than an online card charge. The order does not become payment-confirmed until that confirmation is recorded.
