Details that narrow the search

Make, model/chassis and production year form the first matching layer. A VIN can speed up vehicle-family identification; an OEM number is a strong signal for the part itself.

  • A 17-character VIN fills the vehicle family where the provider can identify it.
  • An OEM or manufacturer part number can be searched in the catalogue.
  • Representative vehicle photographs are not proof of fitment.

Final review before ordering

Engine, equipment, production period, revision and the existing part number are checked together when needed. If the evidence is incomplete, we do not claim an exact match; we ask for more vehicle information.
